2. Original of the 10+2 registration certificate.
3. Original of the 10th Marksheet.
4. Original of the 10+2 Marksheet.
5. Original of the Respective Social Category Certificate (If applicable).
6. Original of the PWD Certificate (If applicable).
7. Original of the EWS Certificate.
8. Photograph (Passport Size).
9. Original of the Valid photo ID proof.
10. Original Aadhaar.
11. Original of the District/State/National/International Level Sports Certificate for candidates who possess such certificate.
12. Bank A/C Details. 
13. Provisional admission Document (not Self Attested)
